Co-Founder/President of FTP Music Group:
Songwriter, Producer, Musician, Film & TV Composer.
Gardner has been working professionally in the music industry solely since the age of 17. He’s performed with various bands, including as drummer with the hit English group ABC and as keyboardist with the hit Norwegian group A-HA! Hundreds of his songs have been recorded worldwide on Grammy and AMA award winning and Grammy and AMA nominated albums totaling over 100 million (including 27 Billboard charting records).
As a Producer he’s recorded over 350 songs (including 11 Billboard charting singles) for major labels such as Universal, Hollywood, Sony, CBS, A&M, MCA, Chrysalis, Virgin, Interscope, Dreamworks, Capitol, E.M.I., Warner Brothers, Polygram and Motown. Gardner has been signed to Warner-Chappell Music since 1984 as a Writer/Publisher.
Dwaine Downton
Co-Founder/CEO of FTP Music Group:
Dwaine Downton has been around music all of his life. Dwaine began dancing for a hip-hop group back in the 90's when he was in the Navy. He traveled around with the group and helped them choreograph some of the dance moves you seen on stage.
Once he was out of the Military, life had a different path for him and he went into the computer industry to learn programming, graphics, website design and everything software related.
Before long Dwaine found himself back in the Entertainment industry as a Talent Manager helping Models, Actors, Pop, R&B and Hip Hop Artist get booked for shoots, films, videos, shows and building their fan base and websites.
Orlando Flintroy
Co-Founder/COO of FTP Music Group:
He’s been in the business for several years singing background vocals for artist and opening up for artist like Jagged Edge in 2000 and many other local artist.
Orlando decided he wanted to get into the business aspect like management and artist development, since record labels were not really into creating a format for new artist to develop.
Orlando’s background gives him the ability to help up & coming artist understand the trials of being on the road and the commitment needed to reach their goals.
